Anyone heard of cakes shaped like a volcano that "erupts" heard of it but not sure how to do it…any suggestion on "tiki-themed" food that is easy for that matter is welcomed!

I have never heard of one that erupts but I have had a volcano cake at Rain forest Cafe. You can try there website if they have a instructions on how to make one. I think they put icecream at the top with chocolate fudge and let it melt with a sparkler lit in it. The hardest part is finding a pan you can cook the cake in to look like a mountain.
